What gets written to my CRM?
A call summary, intent score, blockers, owner task, next step, campaign attribution, and any custom fields your RevOps team approves.
Do I need engineering?
No for HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Customer.io, Calendly, and Zapier. Engineering only gets pulled in for custom webhooks or internal systems.
Can Nudgy honor lifecycle stage rules?
Yes. Nudgy only writes the fields and triggers the workflows your team approves. Sensitive updates require explicit policy.
